Employees in insurance and reinsurance companies and insurance-related liberal professions companies; whether through a direct contract or through a third party, as follows:
All employees in technical departments: including but not limited to: reinsurance, actuarial work, claims, underwriting, sales; for all job levels.
All employees in regulatory departments: including but not limited to: internal audit, anti-money laundering, compliance, risk management; for all job levels.
All employees in the following support departments: finance, marketing, customer service; for all job levels.
All employees who have direct or indirect contact with customers for all job levels.
Members of the Board of Directors / Board of Directors who hold positions in insurance and reinsurance companies and insurance-related liberal professions companies.
